AEA Ammonia Certification System — Documents
There are three primary documents that describe the AEA Ammonia Certification System:
System Document: this is the governing document of the AEA’s Ammonia Certification System. The rules defined by the System Document and its two subsidiary documents describe the way environmental attributes are assessed, documented, and communicated to consumers under the Ammonia Certification System.
Download the System Document. Methodology Document calculation of the carbon footprint and determination of the origin of ammonia. The calculation shall follow the methodology defined by the standard of the International Organization for Standardization ISO 14067 Greenhouse gases – Carbon footprint of products – Requirements and guidelines for quantification.
