APAC Sponsorship Packages

The AEA’s APAC conference welcomes attendees throughout the hydrogen, ammonia and energy value chains, featuring a program of experts and first-movers from Australia, Japan and beyond.  The event offers excellent networking and connection opportunities, as well as a more intimate setting to build partnerships and promote your organization. Sponsors are highly visible throughout the conference, particularly at our two evening social events (welcome reception and conference dinner).

If your company is considering sending multiple personnel to the conference, signing up for a sponsorship package is a great option, as it entitles you to complimentary registrations (see below for details), plus all the benefits of being an event sponsor.

Conference Dinner – Exclusive Sponsorship – $10,000

Our key social event for the conference, this year’s dinner will be held at a Perth venue (TBA) after Day Two.

  • Four complimentary Registrations offered ($6,000 total value).
  • Company logo will be prominently displayed on table menus, extra displays (banners etc.) at dinner venue welcome.
  • Dinner venue dependent, option of brief presentation (video and/or spoken) during Dinner, rotating slideshow played on screen or other negotiated option. 
  • Company logo displayed on the “Thank you to our Sponsors” graphic on our conference webpage, on big screen at the conference, and conference promotions.
  • Table/wall space available in the event auditorium for displaying materials.
  • Sponsor logo/link highlighted on AEA webpage for the event.

 

Welcome Reception – Exclusive Sponsorship – $7,500

After an exciting Day One of the conference, the Welcome Reception provides a space for attendees to network, exchange ideas, discuss trends and hot issues, and make valuable connections.

  • Three complimentary Registrations offered ($4,500 total value). 
  • Company logo will be displayed on F&B signage, extra displays (banners etc.) welcome in the reception space.
  • Option of brief presentation (video and/or spoken) before Welcome Reception in main theatre.
  • Company logo displayed on the “Thank you to our Sponsors” graphic on our conference webpage, on big screen at the conference, and conference promotions.
  • Table/wall space available in the event auditorium for displaying materials.
  • Sponsor logo/link highlighted on AEA webpage for the event.

 

Event Sponsor – $5,000

  • Two complimentary Registrations offered ($3,000 total value).
