Ammonia Safety Training Program (ASTP) for maritime and port operations
As part of the Australia-Singapore Low-Emissions Technologies (ASLET) Initiative, the program will design, develop, and pilot a comprehensive safety training program for maritime and port operations personnel working with ammonia. A short course for workforce development will be established at the Australian Maritime College in Tasmania, with each module integrating theory with real-world practical activities to reinforce competence and confidence.
