Winners of 2nd EU Hydrogen Bank auction announced
Winning projects in the second round of the EU Hydrogen Bank auction have been announced. Requesting production subsidies similar to first round winners, fifteen renewable hydrogen projects will be funded over ten years, including two ammonia projects led by IGNIS in Spain. A third auction round is set to launch later this year.
Envision: 300,000 tons of renewable ammonia capacity online this September
Phase 1 of Envision’s project – with an annual ammonia production capacity of 300,000 tons – is set to come online very soon. Envision will begin offering certified renewable ammonia to both international and domestic markets from Q4 2025.
