This event is exclusive to AEA members. Memberships must be active from the time of purchase through the event dates. Management reserves the right to cancel registrations received from non-members, and a full refund will be issued.

Registration Cancellation
Conference registration canceled on or before October 11, 2024, is refundable subject to a $50 administrative fee. Registrants canceling on or after October 11, 2024, will not receive a refund.

Photography Notice
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by AEA.
Privacy Notice
The AEA will not share your information with other members, sponsors, or external sources beyond the information printed on your badge (name, email, company, location). In addition, no authorized company will be selling the attendee contact list for this event.
